DeBlasio's Boondoggle. Where Are The Bikes In The Queens Boulevard "Bike Lane"?
Indeed, where are the bikes? Looks like a skateboard park to me. See imagery below taken one year ago on August 8, 2015 after the completion of the Phase I bike lane.
