Queens Boulevard Bike Lanes.

                "Take the bike to the plane."

Constructed.  Seen above and below (58th Street - Roosevelt Avenue, North and South sides Q. Blvd.)

Be sure to note in the following brief video (01:11) of the easterly downhill run of the skateboarder in the bike lane:

August 19:  bike lane painting continued at intersection of north side of Queens Boulevard and 61st Street.  Seemingly complicated dexterous maneuvering on the part of both cyclist and motorist needed where the service road enters the main highway.
