One Year Later. The Travails of the Steinway Mansion.

The 42nd Street side of the Mansion.  The warehouses nearing completion:

Whereas the 41st Street side lies "fallow".   No work being done for weeks on end:

And the tower door remains open permitting the entrance of inclement weather and animal life.   The south-facing window's shingles continue their deterioration:

2 Days Later: Tower Door Still Open! (June 16, 2016) Will it remain open during a rainstorm?

What manner of creature now resides in the landmarked Mansion's interior as a result of the ingress at rooftop?  Racoon?  Pigeon?  Vermin?  Insects?
