Steinway Mansion Mystery - Who Owns This Land?
From the recent photo of December 11, 2016, construction fencing snakes its way up the inclined land which juts out into 41st Street (between Berrian Boulevard and 19th Avenue). This fencing has existed there since April of 2015. Who owns this land below the fencing?

Area views (below) of January 18, 2017 show the fencing has now been removed on the inclined land and also has been moved further back to the area immediately in front of the warehouses. Additionally, street asphalting has been completed in the area originally included in the fencing.
