Costa Constantinides and the Steinway Mansion.

(Just curious.   His Council salary is over $148,000 and he can't see a dentist to get his teeth fixed?  Seems pretty dopey to me.   But then again a lot of people in Astoria are dopes.   Am I right or wrong?)

Warehouse Windfall?

Original sale price for the Halberian-Steinway Mansion and acreage:  $2.6 million.   As of August 23, 2016, the combined 11 so-called "Steinway Park"  warehouses asking price:  over $24 million.

Also, as of this date, four warehouses are "in contract".   But with whom?

Also, do potential buyers or lessees know that the Mansion cannot be seen at all from ground level at this the 42nd Street side of the properties?
